All pre-order sales are final. Because these products are custom ordered based on sales, no additional sizes are available for exchange.

All digital products are final sale. If you are having trouble with your download, please email us at jared@beckythompson.com with your order number.

Refunds on physical products are only offered in the case of a manufacturer's defect. All sales are otherwise final. Returns must be processed within 7 days of delivery.  If there is a problem with your product, please email us at jared@beckythompson.com
